海外獨(dú)立站運(yùn)營(yíng)專(zhuān)員/兼職
(senior e-commerce specialist/woocommerce)- part-time available
【崗位職責(zé)】
1、0-1搭建運(yùn)營(yíng)跨境獨(dú)立站，負(fù)責(zé)獨(dú)立站的運(yùn)營(yíng)工作；
2、負(fù)責(zé)獨(dú)立站站點(diǎn)架構(gòu)、廣告投放、網(wǎng)站活動(dòng)與產(chǎn)品精細(xì)化運(yùn)營(yíng)等工作；
3、負(fù)責(zé)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)推廣，例如使用社交媒體渠道，組建公司自己的站外渠道；
4、掌握seo優(yōu)化知識(shí)，熟悉搜索引擎排名技術(shù)、能通過(guò)優(yōu)化網(wǎng)站程序，提高網(wǎng)站搜索引擎友好度；
5、定期分析網(wǎng)站數(shù)據(jù)，優(yōu)化營(yíng)銷(xiāo)及推廣方案，定期復(fù)盤(pán)賬戶投放方式數(shù)據(jù)及相關(guān)問(wèn)題，做出相應(yīng)判斷并及時(shí)調(diào)整；
6、 完成上級(jí)交代的其他工作和任務(wù)。

【任職要求】
一、必備經(jīng)驗(yàn)：
1、2年以上專(zhuān)注于海外市場(chǎng)的獨(dú)立站運(yùn)營(yíng)實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。需有成功從0到1或顯著提升獨(dú)立站業(yè)績(jī)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
2、工具能力：精通google analytics及其他電商分析工具，能通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)決策。
3、良好的英語(yǔ)能力： 能熟練閱讀英文平臺(tái)界面、分析報(bào)告、行業(yè)資訊，具備基本的英文書(shū)面溝通能力（用于與工具客服、平臺(tái)溝通等）。

job responsibilities:
1.build and operate cross-border woocommerce brand store websites from 0 to 1.
2.manage site architecture, advertising campaigns, web activities, and product refinement operations.
3.develop marketing strategies, including leveraging social media platforms and establishing owned external channels.
4.proficient in seo optimization techniques and search engine ranking algorithms; enhance website search engine compatibility through technical adjustments.
5.regularly analyze website metrics, optimize marketing strategies, review campaign performance data, identify issues, and implement data-driven adjustments.
6.complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.


qualifications & requirements:
essential experience:
1.more than two years of hands-on experience in woocommerce website operations specializing in global markets. candidates with proven success in building websites from 0 to 1 or significantly boosting site performance are preferred.
2.tool proficiency: expertise in google analytics and other e-commerce analytics tools; capable of data-driven decision-making.
3.strong english skills: ability to fluently read english platform interfaces, analytical reports, and industry resources; possess basic written english communication skills (e.g., for liaising with tool support teams/platform representatives).
