The machine is
mainly applicable to die & mould manufacturing in
automobile industry, original shape manufacturing and
large-sized steel mould and cast iron mould
manufacturing, as well as machining complex parts in
aviation & aerospace industry. It is also applied to
produce aluminum parts with content above 90%, and
materials difficult to be machined (such as titanium
alloy, chrome, nickel alloy and ferroalloy) in power
equipment manufacturing industry. It can finish five
sides machining and multi-dimension milling, boring,
drilling etc., which are normally not possible for
three-axis or four-axis interpolated machine, but are
the prominent advantages of five-axis interpolated
machine.
